Yes, one cloud it's a new concept. we won't get much information about it on the net. Try your luck by googling about it :-)
To understand what is the one cloud, we need to start recollecting our old memories(if you have one). In 90's when personal computers started establishing in all the places, unfortunately there were no single brand PC's available in market.
As per our budget and need, we used to buy the best individual parts like jazzy CPU cabinet, Asus mother board, RAM, ROM, DVD rewriter, monitor, gaming purpose mouse, keyboard, sound system and assemble them all together. Trust me those PC's are still doing good than current many single brand PC's.
I think now we got an idea about what is One Cloud? Currently many big cloud service providers have almost all kind of services with them, but do all of them are the best services? No, not all of them.
Azure is good in PAAS, AWS is good in IAAS, Oracle is good in finance, Google is good in storage and many more companies with their one best service.
So, one cloud talks about how to get all the best services from individuals, integrate them and make it work as per our requirement. It reduces the dependency on single service provider and cost effective.
