Digital or non-digital transformation in any field, if we done basic environment setup right then half the battle is won.
Before moving on cloud computing, IoT (Internet of Things), Artificial Intelligence, Continues Integration, Automation and large database, the basic setup we need to look at,
> Clarity on the transformation, what do we want to achieve.
> Blue print to achieve the transformation.
> Infrastructures like suitable machines and network set up.
> Good understanding on our application/product, existing data center, network setups, IP's and database structures.
> A team with good knowledge and hands on with the new technologies.
Why all the above points are important will try to explain here in short and assume many times we come across these stages.
As I decided to start contributing technically to DotNet community, cloud computing, big data and IoT through blogs, eBooks, sessions, courses and consulting.
In excitement I wrote first two blogs on cloud computing and post that I don't know what will be the next. Same issues with many companies they do kick start and some time later they are clueless what they are doing and are they on right track where they suppose to be.
Then I took a long gap, fixed my basic set up like a mini work studio, good internet network and back up plan, software's to create a video's, template, website, many software accounts, virtual credit card with limit(so by mistake also it shouldn't billed more), table of content and an important one the purpose, yes the purpose is clear now. I have a full one year plan with me what will be the next step.
My upcoming blogs are bit more technical and related to cloud computing. I am going to publish an eBook and video tutorials on how to start with Azure cloud computing.
